S195柴油机制造工厂,在校车运转过程中,有的柴油机会发生起动“咬死”,致使柴油机无法运转。 S195柴油机起动轴是插在两只轴套上的,一只在机体上,一只在齿轮室盖上,起动轴上有只起动齿轮。所谓“咬死”是起动轴同轴套咬死。在齿盖及机体上的起动轴套上,都有进油孔眼,机内的润滑油均可从孔眼中,进入轴与套间进行润滑。起动轴咬死在轴套上后,一般认为是缺油所致,但事实上却不是如此。因为检查油孔位置都正确,并无进不去油的情况。而“咬死”
