随着铁路改革发展步伐的深入,铁路多种经营从十多年前贴行包标签、货物进出仓搬运等最简单、最初级的“延伸服务”开始,发展到今天物流运代、石油开采、宾馆、商贸、租赁、广告、实业、旅游等行业,现已初具规模,并且产生了良好的社会效益和经济效益。但是,随着社会主义市场经济的深入发展,交通运输业迅速发展,竞争日趋激烈,铁路“多经”面临着新的形势与挑战。在这种情况下,铁路“多经”企业工作如何将现有的产业优势在竞争中实现升级,在传统管理优势逐渐弱化时进行文化优势再造,实现优势对换,进一步强势发展经济,引入深思。作为铁路多经企业的第一管理者,试就这个问题谈谈自己的看法。
