本文以100例冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者和141名对照者的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及亚组份、载脂蛋白(apoA_1和apoB)为指标,采用对比分析和多元判别函数尝试对血脂各组份在冠状动脉病变诊断中的价值进行评价。结果示,HDL_2、apoA_1、apoB等指标的引入,提高了血脂分析在估计冠状动脉病变程度及临床预后中的价值;由备组份指标导出的判别函数式对冠状动脉病变支数的预测结果与冠脉造影显示结果的符合率在80%左右,提示可作为冠心病微机辅助计量诊断的指标体系之一。
In this paper, 100 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography and 141 controls were measured serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and subgroup , Apolipoproteins (apoA_1 and apoB) were used as indexes. The comparative analysis and multivariate discriminant function were used to evaluate the value of each component of lipids in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. The results showed that the introduction of HDL_2, apoA_1, apoB and other indicators to improve the blood lipid analysis in the estimation of the degree of coronary artery disease and clinical prognosis of the value; derived from the constituent components of the discriminant function of coronary artery lesions predicted results and Coronary angiography showed that the coincidence rate of the results was about 80%, suggesting that it could be used as a computer-aided diagnosis of coronary heart disease one of the indicators.
