采用单道次压缩实验方法,在Gleeble-1500热模拟机进行了NbTi微合金钢高温热变形行为以及奥氏体动态再结晶组织演变规律的研究.在实验基础上,根据Zener-Holomon方程导出关于Z值与峰值应力、临界应变之间的关系,求出变形激活能为353kJ/mol.最后用Marquardt法回归出实验钢的高温变形抗力模型
Single-pass compression test was used to study the hot deformation behavior and dynamic recrystallization of NbTi microalloyed steel in Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. Based on the experiment, the relationship between Z value and peak stress and critical strain was deduced from the Zener-Holomon equation, and the deformation activation energy was obtained as 353 kJ / mol. Finally, Marquardt method is used to deduce the high temperature deformation resistance model of experimental steel
