用 TEM、XRD等方法研究了蒸发法制备的纳米铜粒子真空烧结后粒子尺寸及晶相的变化。将烧结处理后的铜粒子负载于低温氧化铝上,考察了对CO氧化反应的催化活性。结果表明,随处理温度的增加,纳米铜粒子烧结程度增加,尺寸变大,催化活性下降,晶相也由CU、CuO变为Cu2O。
The particle size and crystal phase of nano-copper particles prepared by evaporation were investigated by TEM and XRD. The sintered copper particles were supported on low temperature alumina to investigate the catalytic activity of CO oxidation reaction. The results show that with the increase of treatment temperature, the sintering degree of nano-copper particles increases, the size becomes larger, the catalytic activity decreases, and the crystal phase also changes from Cu and CuO to Cu2O.
