1963—1964年在河南省几个果园测定了山楂红蜘蛛对内吸磷的抗药性,并用8种杀螨剂分别对抗性品系和感性品系进行了药效测定。测定结果表明:郑州园艺场的种震对内吸磷的抗性最高,河南省农业科学院的种群已形成抗性的过渡品系。 在测定的几种杀螨剂中效果较好的有K6451,在320和640ppm 浓度下杀卵效果显著,但对抗性品系的成螨和若螨的效果则较差。敌敌畏对抗性品系有交互抗性。三硫磷对感性品系的各虫态均有良好效果,但对抗性品系有交互抗性。AK338对抗性及感性品系各虫态均有高效。三氯杀螨砜对抗性及感性品系的成螨和若螨效果极差,但残效期长且对卵有较好效果。磷胺对抗性品系有交互抗性,对感性品系效果显著。对硫磷对抗性品系有较高的交互抗性,在1280和2560ppm情况下死亡率方达82%和95%,而对感性品系则效果很好。
In 1963-1964 in several orchards in Henan Province was determined Hawthorn red spider resistance to phosphorus uptake, and 8 kinds of acaricides were resistant and susceptible strains were tested for efficacy. The results showed that the species resistance of Zhengzhou horticultural field had the highest resistance to phosphorus uptake, and the population of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences had formed a transitional line with resistance. K6451 was the best among several tested acaricides, and ovulation was significant at 320 and 640 ppm, but the antagonistic strains were less effective than adult mites and nymphs. Dichlorvos antagonistic strains have cross-resistance. Triphosgene had good effects on all the insect states of the susceptible lines, but the resistant lines had reciprocal resistance. AK338 antagonistic and sensitive strains of each state are highly efficient. Tetracycline against confrontational and susceptible strains of adult mites and nymphs very poor, but the residual effect is long and the egg has a good effect. Phosphamide antagonistic cross-resistant lines have significant effect on the susceptible strains. The parathion-resistant lines showed high cross-resistance, with 82% and 95% mortality rates at 1280 and 2560 ppm, respectively, whereas the effect was good for the susceptible lines.
