1984年,淮北矿务局年产1400万吨。全局使用各类刮板输送机767台,其中SGW—40T型620台,约占总台数的80％。据1984年机电事故统计,刮板输送机事故是工作面停产的主要原因,占整个机电事故的50％以上。因此研究SGW—40T(以下简称40T)刮板输送机事故发生原因,改进它的结构,找出它在现场生产中的正确使用方法,提高它的运行可靠性,对现场生产是有益的。
In 1984, Huaibei Mining Bureau annual output of 14 million tons. The overall use of various types of scraper conveyor 767 Taiwan, of which 620 models SGW-40T, accounting for about 80% of the total number. According to the 1984 mechanical and electrical accidents statistics, scraper conveyor accident is the main reason for the discontinuation of the work surface, accounting for more than 50% of the total mechanical and electrical accidents. Therefore, it is beneficial to study the cause of accident of SGW-40T (hereinafter referred to as 40T) scraper conveyor, improve its structure, find out its proper use in field production, improve its operation reliability and produce on site.
