目的肺癌组织与癌旁组织红外光谱的比较与分析。方法应用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,采集肺癌及癌旁正常组织粉末样品红外光谱,进行比较与分析。结果肺癌组织和癌旁正常组织的红外光谱表现出较大的差异性:1536cm-1处蛋白质酰胺Ⅱ带和1169cm-1处蛋白质分子COH伸缩振动谱带在肺癌组织中向高波数频移;肺癌组织中核酸分子磷酸二脂基团PO-2的对称伸缩振动的相对吸收强度明显增强;正常组织中脂类分子弯曲振动谱带吸收峰相对强度明显强于甲基变角振动谱带的相对强度,而在肺癌组织中这两处吸收峰的相对强度大小基本相等。结论傅里叶变换红外光谱法可以用于对良、恶性肺部组织进行鉴别诊断,有望发展成为肺癌快速诊断的一种新方法。
Objective To compare and analyze the infrared spectra of lung cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. Methods Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to collect the infrared spectra of lung cancer and normal tissue samples of lung cancer. The comparison and analysis were made. Results The IR spectra of lung cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues showed a great difference: the COH stretching vibration bands of protein amide II and protein molecules at 1536cm-1 shifted to higher wave numbers in lung cancer tissues; lung cancer The relative absorption intensity of the symmetric stretching vibration of the phosphorylated di-lipid group PO-2 in the tissue was significantly increased. The relative intensity of the absorption peak of the bending vibration band of lipid molecules in normal tissues was significantly stronger than that of the methyl variation vibration band , Whereas the relative intensities of these two absorption peaks in lung cancer tissues are approximately the same. Conclusion Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy can be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lung tissues and is expected to develop into a new method for the rapid diagnosis of lung cancer.
