差分进化算法(differential evolution,DE)是一种基于群体的进化算法,通过群体内个体间的合作与竞争产生的群体智能指导优化搜索。文中将其改进的方法应用于以水电站运行成本最小为目标的优化模型。该模型考虑了机组能量特性差异,以旋转备用、启停成本、气蚀振动区、机组可用性等指标作为约束条件。实例计算表明,该方法克服了传统方法在处理多约束、多维优化问题上的困难。
Differential evolution (DE) is a group-based evolutionary algorithm that aims to optimize the search through group intelligence guided by the cooperation and competition among individuals in the population. In this paper, the improved method is applied to the optimization model with the goal of minimizing the operating costs of hydropower stations. The model takes into account the difference of the energy characteristics of the generating units and takes the indexes of rotation reserve, start-stop cost, cavitation vibration zone and unit availability as constraints. The example calculation shows that this method overcomes the difficulties of the traditional method in handling multi-constraint and multi-dimensional optimization problems.
