健脾益肾方辨证加减治疗矮小症患儿的临床分析

目的:对患有矮小症的儿童应用健脾益肾方进行辨证加减治疗的临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法:选取2011年12月—2013年12月期间在本院门诊儿科治疗的矮小症患儿共68例作为研究对象,并按照随机字数表法将所有患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各34例患儿,对照组患儿应用赖氨肌醇B12口服液配合硫酸锌口服液进行治疗,治疗组应用健脾益肾方进行辨证加减治疗,观察两组患儿治疗前后的身高、体重、骨龄变化以及治疗12个月期间的治疗总费用。结果:两组患儿治疗后6个月的身高、体重与治疗前相比均有明显提升,且治疗组患儿的身高、体重增长量显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿的身高年增长量与对照组相比,增长更加明显,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患儿的骨龄变化量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患儿治疗后血清IGF-1、IGFBP3水平与对照组相比差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显高于对照组。结论:应用健脾益肾方进行辨证加减治疗儿童矮小症取得了较好的临床疗效,无明显副作用,值得进一步应用推广。 Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of applying Jianpi Yishen Decoction in children with short stature. Methods: A total of 68 cases of short stature children undergoing outpatient pediatric treatment in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected as research objects. All children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random word-list method. Each group of 34 children, the control group of children with lysozyme B12 oral solution with zinc sulfate oral treatment, the treatment group with the spleen and kidney prescription for differentiation of symptoms and signs of treatment were observed before and after treatment in both groups of children Height, weight, changes in bone age, and the total cost of treatment over the 12-month period of treatment. Results: The height and weight of children in both groups increased significantly after 6 months of treatment, and the height and weight gain of children in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the annual growth rate of children in the treatment group increased more obviously (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the bone age between the two groups P> 0.05). The serum IGF-1, IGFBP3 levels in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05), and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: The application of Jianpiyishen Decoction for syndrome differentiation and treatment of children with short stature has achieved good clinical efficacy, no significant side effects, it is worth further promotion.
