金属切削技术是一项应用极其广泛、研究十分深入的技术领域。和其他加工方法相比,在某些条件下,金属切削加工的综合成本还是比较低的;切削加工法所得到零件的几何形状、表面光洁度和精度等,也都是其他加工法所很难达到的。为此,近年来金属切削技术的研究取得了可喜的和惊人的进展。关于金属切削技术的研究,近年来基本集中在下列几个方面,即:切削机理、刀具材料、工件光洁度和材料加工性、刀具磨损与耐用度、切削条件最佳化、磨削加工和切削数据库,等等。最近几年尤其对切削条件最佳化进行了大量的研究,并取得显著成果。现分别介绍如下。一、切削机理的研究
Metal cutting technology is a very wide range of applications, research is very deep in the field of technology. Compared with other processing methods, under certain conditions, the overall cost of metal cutting is still relatively low; the machining geometry of the resulting parts, surface finish and precision, are also difficult to achieve by other processing methods of. For this reason, the researches on metal cutting technology have made gratifying and remarkable progress in recent years. In recent years, the research on metal cutting technology has basically focused on the following aspects: cutting mechanism, tool material, workpiece finish and material processability, tool wear and durability, cutting condition optimization, grinding and cutting database ,and many more.
