针对变截面细长轴类零件的矫直问题,采用三辊滚压矫直方法,设计矫直辊型方案;采用大型非线性有限元软件,建立变截面细长轴矫直模型,并利用该模型分析不同压下量时的残余应力、圆度和直线度;综合分析各项指标,确定合理压下量的取值范围为0.08mm~0.12mm。现场实验表明,采用此范围内的压下量可获得良好的矫直效果。研究结果为矫直辊型设计和矫直工艺参数设定提供了参考依据。
Aiming at the straightening problem of variable-section slender shaft parts, a three-roll rolling straightening method was adopted to design a straightening roller type scheme. A large-scale nonlinear finite element software was used to establish a straightening shaft model with variable cross section. The model analyzes the residual stress, roundness and straightness under different reduction, and comprehensively analyzes various indexes to determine the reasonable reduction range from 0.08mm to 0.12mm. Field experiments show that using this range of reduction can get good straightening effect. The results provide a reference for setting straightening roller design and straightening process parameters.
