为了研究IGFBP3基因对猪主要生长性状的影响,试验采用PCR-RFLP方法对大白猪、杜洛克猪、长白猪IGFBP3基因的多态性及IGFBP3基因型对体长、体高、瘦肉率、活体背膘、肌肉厚度、0~100 kg日增重、30~100 kg日增重、100 kg体重日龄等主要生长性状的影响进行研究。结果表明:三个猪群中均以IGFBP3基因多态杂合子AG基因型占优势,杜洛克猪与长白猪在该位点上偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡,三个品种猪IGFBP3基因的多态信息含量(PIC)均表现为中度多态。IGFBP3基因的GG基因型对大白猪的体高、瘦肉率的影响较大,对杜洛克猪的瘦肉率、肌肉厚度的影响较大,对长白猪的0~100 kg日增重的影响均接近显著水平。说明GG基因型猪具有体高与瘦肉率较高、生长较快的特点。
In order to study the effect of IGFBP3 gene on the main growth traits in pigs, the polymorphisms of IGFBP3 gene in Large White pig, Duroc pig and Landrace pig and the relationship between IGFBP3 genotype and body length, body height, lean meat percentage,膘, muscle thickness, daily gain of 0 ~ 100 kg, daily gain of 30 ~ 100 kg, age of 100 kg body weight and other major growth traits were studied. The results showed that AGBP genotypes of IGFBP3 gene predominated in all three pig breeds, and Duroc pigs and Landrace pigs deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium at this locus. The polymorphism information content of three IGFBP3 genes (PIC) showed moderate polymorphism. The GG genotype of IGFBP3 gene had a significant effect on the body height and lean percentage in Landrace pigs and had a significant effect on the lean meat percentage and muscle thickness of Duroc pigs Nearly significant level. This shows that GG genotype pig has the characteristics of higher body height and lean meat rate and faster growth.
