目的:采用高效液相法建立发用产品中去屑剂吡硫翁锌原料含量测定方法,及吡啶等有关杂质的检查方法。方法:利用乙腈-甲醇(95∶5)混合溶液溶解样品,采用高效液相色谱法测定吡硫翁锌含量,检查吡啶、2-氯代吡啶、2-氨基吡啶、2-羟基吡啶-N氧化物等有关杂质。结果:该含量方法测定吡硫翁锌精密度小于1.0%,加样回收率为98.1%~103.2%。检查各化合物检出限均达到0.6 mg/g。结论:该方法准确、灵敏,适合固体粉末类吡硫翁锌的含量测定和杂质检查,为吡硫翁锌质量控制提供了方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of anti-dandruff zinc pyrithione in hair products and the inspection methods of the impurities such as pyridine. Methods: The samples were dissolved with a mixed solution of acetonitrile and methanol (95: 5). The content of zinc was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The contents of pyridine, 2-chloropyridine, 2-aminopyridine and 2-hydroxypyridine- Material and other related impurities. Results: The content of zinc pyrithione was less than 1.0% and the recoveries were 98.1% ~ 103.2%. The detection limit of each compound reached 0.6 mg / g. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and suitable for the determination of zinc pyrithione in solid powder and the inspection of impurities, providing a method for the quality control of zinc pyrithione.
