通过化学镀的方法制得Ni-P-Al2O3镀层,利用扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射及硬度计对镀层的形貌、组织结构和硬度进行分析。结果表明:镀层中所含主要元素为Ni、P和Al。镀层界面结合良好,镀层十分致密,无孔隙和裂纹等缺陷,Al2O3颗粒均匀地分布在镀层中,起到了很好的弥散强化作用,大大提高了镀层的硬度;研究还表明,时效处理使镀层的结构向晶态转变,显著提高镀层的硬度。
The Ni-P-Al2O3 coating was prepared by electroless plating. The morphology, microstructure and hardness of the coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and hardness tester. The results show that the main elements contained in the coating are Ni, P and Al. The coating interface is well bonded, the coating is very dense, no defects such as pores and cracks, Al2O3 particles evenly distributed in the coating, played a very good dispersion strengthening effect, greatly improving the hardness of the coating; research also shows that the aging treatment of the coating Structure changes to the crystalline state, significantly improve the hardness of the coating.
