合用粉防己碱（Ｔ）６０ｍｇ／ｋｇ对３，１５—二乙酰苯甲酰乌头宁（ＤＡＢＡ）小鼠的半数致死量（ＬＤ＿（５０））虽无明显影响，但可显著增强其镇痛作用，降低其半数有效量（ＥＤ５０），从而使ＤＡＢＡ的治疗指数由４．２１提高到５．５６，扩大其安全范围。
Combination of tetrandrine (T) 60 mg/kg had no significant effect on the lethal dose (LD_(50)) of 3,15-diacetylbenzoylaconine (DABA) mice, but it significantly increased its analgesia. The effect was to reduce the half effective amount (ED50) so that the therapeutic index of DABA increased from 4.21 to 5.56, expanding its safety margin.
