目的分析成人拳头体积与体重指数(BMI)的回归关系,并比较不同方程的回归系数。方法采用分层整群抽样法抽取舟山地区20~80岁健康成人并测量身高、体重和拳头体积,比较不同BMI成人的拳头体积大小。建立不同性别人群拳头体积与BMI的回归方程,进一步通过协方差分析交互作用比较回归直线线性趋势。结果 415名调查对象中,男性占41.93%,女性占58.07%;男性身高、体重、BMI及拳头体积均高于女性(P<0.01)。成人拳头体积与BMI有关,男性为Y=167.603+9.445 X,女性为Y=111.183+7.779 X,总人群为Y=77.157+11.028 X(R2=0.324、0.322和0.271,P<0.05),式中Y为拳头体积,X为BMI;不同体型人群中拳头体积与身高有关(R2=0.501、0.432、0.624和0.692,P<0.05),且影响程度相同(P=0.07)。不同BMI人群的拳头体积不同(P<0.01),超重体型(365.641±68.514)m L和肥胖体型(365.641±68.514)m L的拳头体积均大于偏瘦体型(261.081±59.478)m L和正常体型(314.261±59.590)m L,正常体型拳头体积大于偏瘦体型(P<0.01)。结论成人拳头体积男性大于女性,拳头体积与BMI密切相关,不同体型人群中身高对拳头体积影响程度相同。
Objective To analyze the regression relationship between adult fist volume and body mass index (BMI), and to compare the regression coefficients of different equations. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used to extract healthy adults aged 20 ~ 80 in Zhoushan, and the height, weight and fist volume were measured to compare the fist size of adults with different BMI. The regression equations of the fist volume and BMI of different sex groups were established, and the regression linear regression trend was further compared by covariance analysis interaction. Results Among 415 surveyed subjects, 41.93% were male and 58.07% were female. The height, weight, BMI and fist size were higher in females than in females (P <0.01). The volume of adult fist was related to BMI, with Y = 167.603 + 9.445 X in males and Y = 111.183 + 7.779 X in females and Y = 77.157 + 11.028 X in males (R2 = 0.324,0.322 and 0.271, P <0.05) Y is the size of the fist and X is the BMI. The size of the fist in different body types is related to the height (R2 = 0.501,0.432,0.624 and 0.692, P <0.05), and the influence is the same (P = 0.07). The fist sizes of different BMI groups were different (P <0.01), and the fist sizes of overweight (365.641 ± 68.514) m L and obese (365.641 ± 68.514) m L were greater than those of the lean body (261.081 ± 59.478) m L and normal body (314.261 ± 59.590) m L, normal body fist size is larger than the lean body size (P <0.01). Conclusions Adult fist size is larger than that of female, and the fist size is closely related to BMI. The height of fist size in different body types is the same.
