目的:探讨三维彩超诊断产前胎儿畸形的应用价值。方法:选取2013年1月到2014年1月两年间于我院进行产前检查的孕妇1893例,对所有孕妇均采用三维彩超检查和二维彩超检查,对其检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果:三维彩超检查情况完全符合实际情况,符合率达100%,且三维彩超出现漏诊情况明显低于二维超声检查,P<0.05,其对比有统计学意义。结论:临床上进行产前胎儿畸形诊断时,采用三维彩超检查,诊断准确定高,能有效提高医院产前胎儿畸形的诊断水平,对提高我国人口基本素质具有极为重要的意义。
Objective: To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of prenatal fetal malformations. Methods: From January 2013 to January 2014, 1893 pregnant women were enrolled in our hospital for prenatal care from January 2013 to January 2014. All the pregnant women were examined by three-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound. The results of the examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound examination completely accorded with the actual situation and the coincidence rate reached 100%. The missed diagnosis of three-dimensional Doppler ultrasound was significantly lower than that of two-dimensional ultrasound (P <0.05). The comparison was statistically significant. Conclusions: The clinical diagnosis of prenatal fetal malformations is of great significance for the improvement of the basic quality of our population by using three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound, accurate diagnosis and high diagnosis, which can effectively improve the diagnosis of prenatal fetal malformations.
