考察了万古霉素的稳定性及其植入剂的体外药物释放动力学,比较了不同取样方法:顺序取样法、部分换液法和等时间间隔全换液取样法,对万古霉素释放行为的影响。结果表明,顺序取样法和部分换液取样法对体外释放测定结果影响显著,得到万古霉素回收率为26.2%和42.7%;而用等时间间隔全换液取样法得到万古霉素回收率为93.6%。因此,等时间间隔全换液取样法更适用于万古霉素植入剂的体外释放研究。
The stability of vancomycin and the in vitro drug release kinetics of the implants were investigated.
