在熔炼AZ61铸锭过程中以中间合金的形式加入Y-X,采用OM、SEM和EDS等分析合金微观组织,研究了0%~8%(质量分数)范围内不同含量的Y-X对合金显微组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明:适量Y-X中间合金处理后的合金具有细小均匀的铸态组织,晶粒尺寸维持在30μm左右。Y-X含量从0%变化到8%过程中,合金室温强度在Y-X为6%以下时增加,在6.0~8.0%范围内降低,而材料的高温强度则一直呈现升高趋势。
In the process of melting AZ61 ingot, YX was added as an intermediate alloy, and the microstructure of the alloy was analyzed by OM, SEM and EDS. The effect of YX on the microstructure of the alloy was studied in the range of 0% ~ 8% (mass fraction) Effect of mechanical properties. The results show that the alloy with the proper amount of Y-X master alloy has a fine and uniform as-cast structure, and the grain size is maintained at about 30 μm. During the process of Y-X content changing from 0% to 8%, the room temperature strength of the alloy increased at Y-X of 6% or less and decreased from 6.0% to 8.0%, while the high temperature strength of the material increased all the time.
