胆囊癌是胆系肿瘤中恶性程度最高的一种,早期诊断率和手术切除率均较低,预后差。因此胆囊癌的分子生物学研究日益受到人们的重视,人们希望能够从分子水平上阐明胆囊癌的发生、发展、转移和转归,提高胆囊癌的早期诊治水平。近年来,由于分子生物学发展迅速,国内外学者对多种与胆囊癌相关的分子生物学标记物作了研究,人们从胆囊癌的癌基因与抑癌基因、胆囊癌的分子转移机制以及胆囊癌的激素依赖性等方面进行了研究,取得了一定的进展,现将这些进展作一综述。
Gallbladder cancer is one of the most malignant tumors in gallbladder tumors. The rates of early diagnosis and surgical resection are both low and the prognosis is poor. Therefore, the molecular biology of gallbladder cancer has received more and more attention. People hope to elucidate the occurrence, development, metastasis and prognosis of gallbladder cancer at the molecular level and improve the early diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder cancer. In recent years, due to the rapid development of molecular biology, scholars at home and abroad have studied many molecular biomarkers related to gallbladder cancer. From the mechanisms of gallbladder carcinogenesis and tumor suppressor genes, molecular mechanisms of gallbladder cancer Cancer hormone dependence and other aspects of research, made some progress, these advances are summarized.
