江苏地质工程勘察院在1993年成为非洲贝宁共和国博尔古省60口带生产井的副井和60探井的打井项目(以下称“120项目”)的独立承包人。经过1千多个日夜奋战,胜利完成任务,取得了良好的社会、经济效益。 在国际市场上竞争,不仅要善于解决工程施工中的技术问题,而且要与当地税务部门、法院、保险公司、劳动局及业主方保持良好关系,了解当地有关法律、条文,通过谈判,处理好各种复杂关系,保护自己的合法利益。现举两例。
