平阳霉素（争光霉素Ａ５）其结构与国外的博莱霉素Ａ５相同，是抗肿瘤抗生素，对头颈部鳞癌有极好的治疗效果。日本１９８４年报道使用博莱霉素乳剂局部注射治疗儿童淋巴管瘤４０例，获得满意疗效。笔者试用平阳霉素水剂治疗小儿淋巴管瘤３例，收到满意效果。１ 临床资料３例

I try Pingyangmycin water treatment of children with lymphangioma in 3 cases, received satisfactory results. 1 clinical data in 3 cases
