研究了以1mol·L-1NH4SCN为介质,甲基异丁基甲酮(MIBK)萃取,4mol·L-1硝酸反萃取火焰原子吸收光谱水相测定微量钻的方法.钴量在0-5mg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.070mg·L-1,相对标准偏差为1.17%.该方法适用于腺苷钴胺片中微量钻的测定.
A method for the determination of trace drilling by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with 1 mol·L-1 NH4SCN as medium, MIBK extraction and 4mol·L-1 nitric acid back extraction was studied. Cobalt content in the range of 0-5mg · L-1 showed a good linear relationship with a detection limit of 0.070mg · L-1 and a relative standard deviation of 1.17%. This method is suitable for the determination of trace diamonds in adenosylcobalamin tablets.
