因为大学考到了太原的关系,我曾经在太原生活过四年。作为第二故乡,这座民风淳朴的中部城市所给我留下的印象,除了其古朴独特的人文风情外,还有其独特的饮食风情。提起太原美食,首先印入脑海的便是其风味独特的面食,太原的面食最为有名,品种多,历史久,制作方法各异,浇头菜码考究。炒莜面、拉面、猫耳朵、拨鱼儿、莜面烤佬、红面糊糊、肉丝炒剔尖、刀削面、压饴铬等应有尽有,特色独具。在这些面食中,我对压饴铬、猫耳朵和拨鱼儿极为偏爱。
