一、概况MZQ-1000轻型埋弧自动焊机(图1)是由新中国船厂、黄埔造船厂、广州造船厂组成的联合研制小组经过一年多的努力,在一九七八年国庆节前试制成功的,其中电气线路方面得到华南师范学院物理系老师的帮助。该焊机是一种电弧电压反馈自动调节型的埋弧自动焊机,与陡降外特性的交、直流弧焊电源配合使用,其性能与特点简述如下: (1)由于送丝电机采用转动惯量小的印刷电路电机,反馈控制系统的性能稳定,良好,电弧电压反馈灵敏度高,过渡过程的时间常数小,因而焊接电弧稳定,变化范围在±1伏以内。(2)由于送丝、行走电机采用了电枢电压反馈电路,故改善了电机的机械特性,尤其是送 I.
