“农家乐”在西方国家已经是一种较为成熟的旅游模式,但在中国仍处于起步阶段。本文简单的介绍了“农家乐”的起源及发展现状,然后分析了河南省具有丰富的乡村旅游资源以及在“农家乐”产品开发过程中的优势和劣势,在通过一系列的分析基础上,提出了一些参考性建议,如完善基础设施、增强可进入性、突出自己的特色、形成自己的品牌、不断创新、打造卖点、加强与营销渠道的联系、不断提高员工的素质等,以更好的促进河南省“农家乐”及旅游业的发展。

This article briefly introduced the origin and development of “farmhouse”, and then analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Henan’s abundant rural tourism resources and the development of “farmhouse” product.
