5-烃基-2,3-二甲基吡嗪-1-N-氧化物与三氯氧磷在回流温度下反应制得6种2-氯-3-烃基-5,6-二甲基吡嗪,产率71~82%。由2-氯-3-异丙基-5,6-二甲基吡嗪与烷醇钠反应得4种相应的烷氧基取代吡嗪,产率20.3~70.3%。由固-液相转移催化2-氯-3-异丙基(或苄基)-5,6-二甲基吡嗪与硫醇反应得4种相应的烷硫基取代吡嗪,产率47.5~68%。合成化合物的结构经元素分析和 IR、~1HNMR、MS 谱测定与预期结构相符。
The 5-hydrocarbyl-2,3-dimethylpyrazine-1-N-oxide is reacted with phosphorous oxychloride at reflux temperature to produce 6 2-chloro-3-hydrocarbyl-5,6-dimethylpyridines Oxazine, yield 71-82%. From 2-chloro-3-isopropyl-5,6-dimethylpyrazine with sodium alkoxide, four corresponding alkoxy substituted pyrazines were obtained, yield 20.3 ~ 70.3%. The corresponding alkylthio-substituted pyrazines were obtained from the solid-liquid phase transfer reaction of 2-chloro-3-isopropyl (or benzyl) -5,6-dimethylpyrazine with thiols. The yield was 47.5 ~ 68%. The structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by elemental analysis and IR, ~ 1HNMR and MS spectra.
