在采出水回注区块,腐蚀问题是注水系统的主要矛盾之一。由于采出水腐蚀性强,井下金属管柱腐蚀导致管体穿孔、落井等现象普遍存。高压软管为非金属材质,管体软,但抗腐蚀能力极强,适用于井下管柱结构相对单的合注井,本文通过高压软管与防腐油管的对比,系统研究该技术在工艺特点、防腐防垢、降本增效方面的意义。
