邢台钢铁厂在改革、整顿过程中根据企业的特点,坚持以提高经济效益为中心,在企业内部推行经济责任合同制。两年多的实践证明这是一种用经济手段管理企业的好办法。即协调了企业内部经济关系又促进了经济效益的提高。今年1—5月份与去年同期相比生铁产量增长11.75％,吨铁成本下降10.95元/吨,实际利润343万元,比上年同期提高43.02％。
