目的 :研制强筋健骨胶囊并观察其临床疗效。方法 :将处方量的黄芪、炒杜仲等置多功能提取罐内 ,经浸泡 ,煎煮 ,滤过 ,浓缩成稠膏 (相对密度约 1.4)。将处方量的当归、炒山药等粉碎成粗粉 ,与上述稠膏拌匀 ,置烘房内 60℃干燥 48h。将干燥后的药粉粉碎 ,过 80目筛后填充 0号空心胶囊即成。用化学方法对强筋健骨胶囊做定性鉴别。随机应用 2 98例患者 ,其中骨质疏松 96例 ,四肢关节痛 5 7例 ,肩周炎 3 8例 ,颈椎痛 5 2例 ,腰痛 43例 ,神经性疼痛 12例。治疗方法 :口服 ,每日 3次 ,每次 4~ 6粒。结果 :制订了强筋健骨胶囊的制备工艺和质量标准 ;2 98例中 ,显效 183例 (61.4% ) ,有效 10 4例 (3 4.9% ) ,无效 11例 (3 .7% ) ,有效率 96.3 %。结论 :强筋健骨胶囊工艺成熟 ,质量稳定。临床使用效果满意
Objective : To develop Qiangjinjiangu capsule and observe its clinical efficacy. Method : Place the prescribed amount of Astragalus membranaceus and Fried Eucommia ulmoides in a multi-function extraction tank, soak, decoct, filter, and concentrate into a thick paste (relative density about 1.4). The prescription amount of angelica, fried yam and other crushed into coarse powder, and the thick paste and mix well, set drying room 60 °C dry 48h. The powder after drying was crushed, and after passing through a 80 mesh sieve, a hollow capsule No. 0 was filled. Using chemical methods to make a qualitative identification of strong gluten-bone capsule. Randomly used in 298 patients, including 96 cases of osteoporosis, 57 cases of joint pain in the limbs, 38 cases of frozen shoulder, 52 cases of cervical pain, 43 cases of low back pain, 12 cases of neuropathic pain. Treatment: Oral, 3 times daily, 4 to 6 capsules each time. Results: The preparation process and quality standards of Qiangjinjiangu capsules were formulated; in 2 98 cases, 183 cases (61.4%) were markedly effective, 104 cases (3.9%) were effective, and 11 cases (3.7%) were invalid. Efficiency 96.3%. Conclusion : The Qiangjinjiangu capsule has mature technology and stable quality. Satisfactory clinical use
