当前企业职工队伍中出现了一些不良的思想倾向,部分职工在思想认识、理想价值观和职业道德方面步入了盲区、误区,甚至是险区。最近,笔者采取问卷、座谈、走访等形式调查,从综合情况看,当前职工思想道德存在的问题主要表现在以下五个方面: 1、人生价值偏移,过份注重自我。在调查中发现,少部分职工人生观、价值观发生偏差,出现了错位,盲目追求个人利益,凡事以我为中心,对己无利则不为,在问卷调查的1640多名职工中,7.5％的职工认为为人民服务是“领导干部的事”,2.8％职工认为为人民服务“过时了”,3.3％的职工认为“做不到” At present, there are some undesirable ideological tendencies in the workforce of some enterprises.
