我们党领导的学校,具有对学生进行劳动教育的光荣傳統。但把生产劳动列入正式課程,还是最近几年的事。因此,这方面的工作,我认為还处在制度正在形成、經驗不断丰富、成績日益显著的阶段;也就是方向对头、原则明确、具体方法还在摸索过程中。这种想法,是从我最近了解到的几所中学的劳动教育情况中得出来的。劳动时間要均匀地安排按照江苏省教育厅拟订的教学計则的规定,高中学生每周劳动四小时,初中学生每周劳动三小时。一个学期的劳动時間,是分散在每周当中的。但对农村中学来說,由于它們的生产劳动是以农业劳动为主,便会发生农忙季节劳动相对集中与劳动課要均匀安排
The schools led by our party have a glorious tradition of labor education for students. However, it is still a matter of recent years to include productive labor in the formal curriculum. Therefore, in this aspect, I think it is still in the stage where the system is being formed, the experience is getting rich, and the achievements are increasingly prominent. That is to say, the direction should be opposed to each other and the principle should be clear and the specific methods are still being explored. This idea is derived from the situation of labor education in several secondary schools that I have recently learned.
