本研究比较了杉木具不同活力的自由授粉种子(高活力的№244;低活力的№5)在3d吸涨期间,种子胚细胞亚结构的发育。结果表明高活力的№244种子在吸涨第一天可以看到发育的线粒体。第二天以后线粒体数量明显增加,多位于细胞核周围。内质网在吸涨第三天也明显增加,发育良好。脂质体和糊粉粒却在吸涨第三天消失了,出现了大量大小不等的淀粉粒。而低活力的№5种子胚细胞亚结构的发育,相比之下要迟缓得多,直到吸涨的第三天,细胞仍被大量的脂质体和糊粉粒所占据,难以见到线拉体、内质网,也看不到有淀粉粒的形成。
In this study, the development of seed embryonic cell sub-structures during 3-D imbibition was compared between Chinese fir free-pollinated seeds with different vitality (high viability №244; low viability №5). The results showed that the high activity of №244 seeds in the first day of suction can see the development of mitochondria. The number of mitochondria significantly increased the next day, mostly in the nucleus. Endoplasmic reticulum in the third day of suction also significantly increased, well-developed. Liposomes and aleurone disappeared on the third day of imbibition, and a large number of starch granules of different sizes appeared. However, the development of the substructures of low-vigor №5 seed embryos was much slower than that of the control, and the cells were still occupied by a large number of liposomes and aleurone particles on the third day of imbibition. Pull body, endoplasmic reticulum, also can not see the formation of starch grains.
