采用大气等离子喷涂方法制备了不同SiC晶须含量的Al_2O_3-SiC复合涂层,研究了晶须含量对涂层的微观结构、硬度和弹性模量等的影响。结果表明:随着喷涂粉末中SiC晶须的含量增大,Al_2O_3-SiC复合涂层的孔隙率增加,而涂层的显微硬度降低。随着与涂层/基体结合面距离的增加,涂层的显微硬度呈现先增加后降低的趋势。纳米压痕的测试表明,随压痕深度增加,涂层的弹性模量先增大后降低,最后趋于稳定。在现有的研究范围内,SiC晶须含量为10%的复合涂层的韧性优于5%和15%的复合涂层。
Al 2 O 3 -SiC composite coatings with different content of SiC whiskers were prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying. The effects of whisker content on the microstructure, hardness and elastic modulus of the coatings were investigated. The results show that the porosity of Al 2 O 3 -SiC composite coatings increases with the increase of SiC whiskers in the sprayed powders, while the microhardness of the coating decreases. With the increase of the distance between the coating and the substrate, the microhardness of the coating tends to increase and then decrease. Nanoindentation test shows that with the indentation depth increases, the elastic modulus of the coating first increases and then decreases, and finally tends to be stable. Within the scope of the existing research, composite coatings with 10% SiC whiskers have better toughness than the 5% and 15% composite coatings.
