目的分析军队医院聘用制护士的应对方式以及与工作压力源的相关性并提出建议。方法采用简易应对方式问卷和护士工作压力源量表,以无记名问卷调查的形式对296名护士的应对方式和工作压力源进行调查和相关分析。结果军队医院聘用制护士很少采用消极的应对方式,与健康成人相比差异具有极显著意义(P<0.01);积极应对方式和工作量与时间分配、护理专业和工作方面的问题相关性有显著意义(P<0.05);工作压力与消极应对方式呈有极相关性显著意义(P<0.01)。结论聘用制护士的应对方式较一般人群好,但工作压力与消极应对方式呈显著相关性,从而在某种程度上影响着聘用制护士的应对方式。
Objective To analyze the coping style of hiring nurses in military hospitals and the correlation with job stressors and make suggestions. Methods Using questionnaire of simple coping style and nurses ’working pressure source scale, 296 nurses’ coping styles and working pressure sources were investigated and analyzed by means of a non-registered questionnaire. Results The employment of nurses in military hospitals seldom used negative coping methods, and the difference was statistically significant compared with healthy adults (P <0.01). The correlation between active coping styles and workload and time distribution, nursing specialty and work problems included (P <0.05). There was a significant correlation between working pressure and negative coping style (P <0.01). Conclusion The coping styles of hiring nurses are better than that of the general population, but there is a significant correlation between job stress and coping style, which will to a certain extent affect the coping style of hiring nurses.
