目的 :分析枸杞多糖 (LBPS)和红毛五加多糖 (AGPS)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞超微结构影响。方法 :LBPS、AGPS分别腹腔注射于BALB/C小鼠体内 ,12 0h后取出腹腔液 ,分离巨噬细胞。常规扫描电镜 (SEM )、透射电镜 (TEM)标本制作 ,置JSM— 35G扫描电镜和H— 6 0 0透射电镜下观察。结果 :LBPS、AGPS组巨噬细胞表面微绒毛数目增多、增长、增粗 ,胞质内糖原颗粒增多 ,线粒体增大 ;出现大量初、次级溶酶体 ,与对照组形成明显差异 ,尤以LBPS组为明显。结论 :LBPS、AGPS增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的形态学改变是一致的。
Objective :To analyze the ultrastructural effects of LBPS and AGPS on peritoneal macrophages in mice. METHODS: LBPS and AGPS were intraperitoneally injected into BALB/C mice respectively. After 120 hours, peritoneal fluid was removed and macrophages were isolated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) specimens were prepared and observed under a JSM-35G scanning electron microscope and a H-60 transmission electron microscope. RESULTS: The number of microvilli on the surface of macrophages in LBPS and AGPS groups increased, increased and thickened, glycogen granules in cytoplasm increased, and mitochondria increased. There were a large number of primary and secondary lysosomes, which were significantly different from the control group. The LBPS group was evident. Conclusion : The morphological changes of peritoneal macrophage function in mouse LBPS and AGPS are consistent.
