一、业余电台值机员的申请手续和批准权限: 1.申请值机员技术等级者,需先经省、自治区、直辖市体委指定的或国家体委指定的业余电台进行考试,达到该技术等级标准者,由本人填写业余电台值机员申请书(附表)一式三份,经主考单位审核后,报省、自治区、直辖市体委。
