目前我国的就业形势比较严峻,各个职业学校面临着“解决学生就业难”的重要发展问题。由于城市化进程速度的加快,企事业用人制度的改革,以及市场化的冲击,每年都有大量的新增就业人员和失业再就业人员产生。与之相比较,就业岗位的增加却相对不足,因此就业市场具有很强的竞争性。本文立足于盐城市中职学校,通过对学生、学校和用人单位三个层面的调查和了解,分析中职毕业生的就业状况及社会需求调查。 At present, the employment situation in our country is rather grim, and all vocational schools are faced with the important development issue of “solving the difficult employment of students”. Due to the accelerated process of urbanization, the reform of employing system in enterprises and institutions, and the impact of marketization, a large number of newly recruited and unemployed persons are re-employed every year. In contrast, the increase in employment is relatively inadequate, so the job market is highly competitive. Based on the investigation and understanding of three levels of students, schools and employers, based on the secondary vocational schools in Yancheng, this paper analyzes the employment status and social needs of secondary vocational school graduates.
