创新性地将多效膜蒸馏与多级闪蒸工艺耦合,研制了基于工艺集成的水处理中试装置,解决了膜蒸馏过程热量的回收与利用问题,并通过了168 h性能测试和技术验证。试验结果表明,装置工艺设计合理,自动运行稳定,产水量为2 m~3/d,且水质良好,电导率在20μS/cm左右,平均膜通量为3.95 kg/(m~2·h),系统造水比为2.65。中试装置通过工艺集成创新,大大提高了热利用效率和造水比,在海水淡化、废水零排放等领域具有应用潜力,对多效膜蒸馏技术集成、工艺开发和设计制造具有一定的指导意义。
Innovative multi-effect membrane distillation coupled with multi-stage flash process, developed based on the process of integration of water treatment pilot plant to solve the film distillation process heat recovery and utilization issues, and passed the 168 h performance testing and technical verification . The experimental results show that the device has a reasonable process design and stable operation automatically. The water production is 2 m 3 / d and the water quality is good. The conductivity is about 20 μS / cm and the average membrane flux is 3.95 kg / (m 2 · h) , System water ratio is 2.65. The Pilot Plant integrates innovation through process, which greatly improves the heat utilization efficiency and water production ratio. It has potential application in such fields as desalination of seawater and zero discharge of waste water, which is of guiding significance to the integration of multi-effect membrane distillation technology, process development and design and manufacture .
