结合湖南省吉茶高速公路矮寨特大桥中所采用的极具创新性的岩锚吊杆的设计与施工,研究采用高级复合材料CFRP(碳纤维增强塑料)和超高性能混凝土RPC(活性粉末混凝土)来分别构成该吊杆岩锚体系的锚杆和粘结锚固体系,以期形成一种高效、耐久的高性能岩锚结构。文中阐述了针对新体系开展的一系列试验研究及其成果,重点介绍了新体系的关键设计、制作技术。研究表明:新体系具有良好的锚固性能及工作性能,现依据试验结果设计的岩锚结构已成功应用于矮寨特大桥吊杆的岩锚系统中。
In combination with the design and construction of the innovative rock anchor boom used in the Aizhai Bridge at Ji’cha Expressway in Hunan Province, this paper studies the use of advanced composite materials CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) and ultra high performance concrete RPC (reactive powder concrete ) To form the anchor rod and the bond anchoring system of the rock bolt anchor system respectively to form an efficient and durable high performance rock anchor structure. The article elaborates a series of experimental studies and achievements on the new system, and focuses on the key design and production techniques of the new system. The research shows that the new system has good anchoring performance and working performance. The rock anchor structure designed according to the test results has been successfully applied to the rock anchor system of the davitzhaote bridge.
