将平均取代度为3.8的负电性磺丁基-β-环糊精手性添加剂应用于毛细管电泳对映体拆分的研究中。考察了背景电解质pH及磺丁基-β-环糊精浓度对手性拆分的影响,应用磺丁基-β-环糊精拆分八对碱性和酸性的药物对映体。
The electrospun sulfobutyl-β-cyclodextrin chiral additive with an average degree of substitution of 3.8 was applied to the enantiomeric separation of capillary electrophoresis. The effect of background electrolyte pH and sulfobutyl-β-cyclodextrin concentration on chiral resolution was investigated. Eight pairs of basic and acidic enantiomers were resolved using sulfobutyl-β-cyclodextrin.
