根据菲克定律,运用数学物理方法,对膜控型缓控释肥料养分释放过程作了分析,建立了相应的数学模型并作解析。在分析水分及养分的质量传递过程的基础上,给出了单个肥料颗粒养分释放过程中每一步的养分释放速率、持续时间的关系式;解释了肥料颗粒群养分释放速率与时间的关系,即开始阶段释放速率很小,随后释放速率上升很快,再进入恒速释放阶段和减速释放阶段。通过该模型,提供了该类扩散控制过程处理及解析的一种方法。
According to Fick’s law, using mathematical physics method, the controlled release fertilizer-controlled film-controlled nutrient release process was analyzed, the corresponding mathematical model was established and analyzed. Based on the analysis of the mass transfer process of moisture and nutrients, the relationship between the nutrient release rate and the duration of each step in the process of nutrient release from a single fertilizer particle is given. Through this model, we provide a method of dealing with and resolving this kind of diffusion control process.
