神经节苷脂(ganglioside)和磷脂(phospholipid,PL)是细胞膜的重要组分,我们的研究工作表明神经节苷脂 GM3诱导单核样白血病细胞系 J6-2细胞分化后明显改变该细胞的磷脂组成与磷脂代谢.这提示神经节苷脂的某些生物学功能可能与磷脂代谢密切相关.为了证明神经节苷脂对磷脂代谢的影响具有普遍性,本文观察了神经节苷脂 GM3对大鼠肝细胞磷脂组成的影响,结果显示 GM3能明显增加大鼠肝细胞溶血磷脂酰胆碱(lysophosphati-dylcholine,LPC)的含量,并且具有 GM3剂量和时间依赖性.
Ganglioside and phospholipid (PL) are important components of cell membranes. Our work shows that ganglioside GM3 induces a significant change in the phospholipid of the cells after differentiation of monocytic leukemia cell line J6-2 Composition and phospholipid metabolism.This suggests that some of the biological function of gangliosides may be closely related with phospholipid metabolism.In order to demonstrate the ganglioside phospholipid metabolism is universal, this article observed the ganglioside GM3 on rats The results showed that GM3 could significantly increase lysophosphati-dylcholine (LPC) content in rat hepatocytes, and had GM3 dose and time-dependent manner.
