随着经济的发展,社会对人才的要求越来越高,培养学生的创新能力不仅仅是满足素质教育的要求,还是社会对人才的需要。由此可见,培养学生在学习中的创新能力是化学教学中需要研究的重要课题。创新能力的培养顾名思义就是培养学生在学习和实践中的创造性,展开想象力和发散思维,遇到问题后大胆假设,小心求证。对于教师来说,营造一个平等轻松的教学氛围,引导学生发扬自己的个性,避免惯性思维,将创新思维培养成学生的思维习惯,这样才能在化学教学中有效展开教学,培养新型人才。
With the development of economy, the society has higher and higher requirements for talents. Cultivating students’ innovative ability is not only meeting the requirements of quality education, but also the need of society for talents. It can thus be seen that cultivating students’ innovative ability in learning is an important issue that needs to be studied in chemistry teaching. The cultivation of innovative ability, as the name suggests, is to cultivate students’ creativity in learning and practice, to develop imagination and divergent thinking, and to make bold assumptions and be careful in verifying problems. For teachers, to create an equitable and relaxed teaching atmosphere, guide students to develop their own personalities, avoid inertial thinking, and cultivate innovative thinking into student’s thinking habits, so as to effectively teach in chemistry teaching and train new talents.
