本文用扫描电镜首次报道了卫氏并殖吸虫子雷蚴体表的超微结构。子雷蚴长圆柱形或袋状,体被的表膜皱褶形成环绕虫体的环嵴和环槽、皱而薄的体被呈现发育良好的下一代尾蚴的外形轮廓。子雷蚴前端似锥体状,前顶端为口孔,由许多环嵴和环槽围绕形成一个明显向前突出的唇,在前端背侧,距口孔较短距离处,可见一“产孔”,在孔的周围有圆形囊泡状颗粒及小孔样结构围绕。在子雷蚴的体被表面,有许多微绒毛和颗粒状小囊泡,微绒毛结构极大地增加了虫体表面的吸收面和营养物质的运送。
