近年来,根据煤炭行业面临的严峻形势,黄陵矿业有限公司一号煤矿将节支降耗、降本增效作为重点工作之一。避峰填谷、节约用电是节支降耗、降本增效的一项重要举措。然而,结合矿井安全生产情况制定的避峰填谷、节约用电方案在实际应用过程中,出现了影响井巷工程质量以及支护材料消耗量增加的问题。针对此情况,矿井对原方案进行了优化,有效地提高了井巷工程质量、减少了支护材料投入,实现了节支降耗、降本增效的目的。本文以808进风顺槽掘进工作面施工为例,证明了避峰填谷、节约用电优化方案的可行性以及合理性,可为类似地质条件下的矿井借鉴。

In this paper, the construction of 808 wind tunneling face excavation as an example, to prove the feasibility and rationality of avoiding peaks and valleys, saving electricity optimization scheme can be used for reference to mine under similar geological conditions.
