针对津悦华庭住宅项目的软土基坑,根据对施工地质资料的分析,通过比选,最终采用了无砂混凝土管降水方案,通过合理布设降水井的密度,成功将地下水降到了不影响施工的范围。为了支护基坑坑壁,采用了钢筋混凝土防护桩结合止水帷幕的支护方案,并采用理正深基坑软件进行建模计算,同时采用同济启明星软件进行了复核,支护结构的强度、位移、稳定性均满足要求。经过施工监测,防护桩的实际变形与计算结果相符,确保了基础施工的安全。可为同类基坑的降水和支护的设计和施工提供有益的借鉴。
According to the analysis of construction geologic data, the final project of non-sand concrete pipe precipitation was adopted for the soft soil foundation pit of Jinyue Huating Residential Project. By reasonably laying the density of the dewatering wells, the groundwater was successfully reduced to the same level The scope of construction. In order to support the foundation pit wall, the supporting plan of the reinforced concrete protective pile combined with the water stopping curtain was adopted, and the modeling and calculation of the foundation pit software was carried out. At the same time, the software was checked by Tongji Venus software. Strength, displacement, stability are to meet the requirements. After construction monitoring, the actual deformation of the protective pile is consistent with the calculation result, which ensures the safety of foundation construction. It can provide a useful reference for the design and construction of the same type of pit for precipitation and support.
