本文阐述的新型压型钢板—混凝土双向组合板完全抛开了传统的做法,采用压型钢板条和钢筋组成构架浇筑而成。这种独特构造的显著特点是首创、新颖和实用性,既节省钢材,又便于加工制作。而且该板型不仅能够在纵横两个方向承担荷载和弯矩,真正实现了双向板的功能;又根除了通常组合板普遍存在的纵向抗剪失效带来的破坏,改善和提高了钢板和混凝土的协同工作能力。通过对一个足尺试件进行的加载试验表明,该板型具有极好的承载力和抗弯抗剪性能,高跨比在规定下限的试件就能够完全满足建筑规范中同尺寸楼板的各项功能。同时新板型受力结构清晰,便于按双向板分析、设计和应用,由此进行计算推理得出的结论,与试验结果非常吻合。 This article describes the new type of profiled steel - concrete bifurcated panels completely away from the traditional practice, the use of extruded steel bars and reinforced the composition of the framework pouring. Through a full-scale specimen loading test showed that the plate has excellent load-carrying capacity and bending shear resistance, high span ratio in the lower limit of the specimen can fully meet the requirements of the construction specifications of the floor with the same size Item function. At the same time, the stress structure of the new plate type is clear, which facilitates the analysis, design and application according to the two-way plate. The conclusions drawn from this calculation and reasoning are in good agreement with the test results.
