吊杆作为钢管混凝土系杆拱桥受力的关键构件,早期建造的钢管拱桥由于没有考虑其使用的耐久性以及检修、更换方法,已有多座此类桥梁由于吊杆锈蚀损坏而出现无预兆的坍塌事故。某下承式钢管拱桥在常规检查时发现一根吊杆PE防护套破损严重,为检验病害深入程度将防护套打开对内部钢丝锈蚀状况进行了检查,将下锚头封锚混凝土凿除对下锚箱及钢丝锈蚀状况进行了检查。查明了吊杆构件锈蚀现状,分析了钢丝的锈蚀原因,对吊杆的更换提供了可靠的依据。
